A. Fist
B. Straight hand
C. Bring the wrist back
D. Bring thumb out
E. Turn palm up
F. Stretch thumb back
and hold gently using
your other hand
G. Hold for 5-10 seconds

persistent symptoms not relieved with a splint and exercises
or symptoms that limit your function.
