Backlinks only help your website if the search engines know they exist. The first thing you should
do when you gain some new backlinks, is to submit the pages your links are on to the major ping

services (see next section). This tells the search engines that something has been updated on the
page and they should go check it out. Next, go to: http://www.links2rss.com/. This will allow you
to create an RSS feed of the pages that link to your site. In the “Max number of links per RSS feed”

box, enter 20. In the RSS Feed Title, make sure you use your keywords. Using our example site, we
might enter something like “Interesting Exotic Landscaping Sites”. For the RSS Feed link, enter your
URL. In the “Link Title(s) (spinnable!)” box, enter some titles that will be used for the links to each
of the different URL's in the feed. Make sure you use your keywords here! Spinnable text is a

method that makes it easy to have many variations of your text. You place different variations
inside curly brackets { }, separated by this straight line |

The site will randomly select one of the variations to use.

Here's an example:

Check out my website about {keyword1|keyword2|keyword3|keyword4|keyword5}.

That “spun” sentence would generate these different variations:

Check out my website about keyword1.
Check out my website about keyword2.

Check out my website about keyword3.
Check out my website about keyword4.
Check out my website about keyword5.

You can spin multiple parts of the text as well, like this:

{Here is|Check out|Look at|Please visit} my {site|website|page|webpage} about {keyword1|

keyword2|keyword3|keyword4|keyword5}.

That “spun” sentence would produce hundreds of variations.

In the “Link Description” field, enter a description for the links, also using your keywords. This
section is also “spinnable” so make sure you take advantage of that feature. When you are done,
click the “Convert!” button to create your RSS feeds. This will bring you to a page with links to

each of the feeds you created. Submit these feeds to the RSS services (read more in the
“Infiltrating New Territories: RSS Submit” section on the next page.
