Festivities a-coming and we foresee days of merry-making, and reunions over lunches and dinners. While something to look forward to, we’ll make sure Holiday Weight doesn’t get invited.
We admit. After tempting you to eat our hearty cake, we lack some health-food credibility, but we’ll give it a shot! It’s only a matter of time before the seasonal festivities kick in, and that means cheer and, inevitably, parties. Of course, these little food festivals are tricky and you risk “gaining it all back”, but all work and no play make Jack a dull boy. So the best way to make the most of this season is simply to have healthier parties, which starts with zero-tolerance snacks that don’t make your taste buds shrivel, of course.
