INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup wholemeal flour 1/2 tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Mix everything into a ball. If mixture gets too wet while kneading, add more flour. If mixture is too tough, add more yogurt accordingly.
3. Wrap mixture with cling wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Use a pasta machine to roll the dough to about 1mm, or your preferred thickness.
5. Cut the flattened dough into squares.
6. Line baking tray with baking paper, then place the cut squares onto the tray.
7. Turn the crackers over after 5 minutes, and continue to bake until they turn brownish at the edges, and are crisp to the touch.
