What Goes In Bokashi?

What Stays Out
Bokashi doesn’t like liquids, milk or oils,
large meat bones (small ones are ok),
paper and plastic (of course).
It is designed for food and nitrogen (green
matter). It doesn’t like carbon (brown matter)
- you can place these straight into the compost.
