So. A Bokashi Summary:
1. Put food scraps in the Bokashi Bin.
2. Press food down with a potato masher.
3. Add the microorganisms (Bokashi Zing).
4. Let it pickle (ferment).
5. When you add more food, add a couple of
scoops of Zing Bokashi on top.
6. Once the bin is full, give a generous helping
of Zing Bokashi and leave it for a week to
cure. (put your food into another Bokashi Bin
while this takes place).
7. Then you can empty into a Compost Bin
outside.
8. Add Carbon Rule of thumb (2 x Carbon: 1 x Food)
9. Add nitrogen on top* (makes it compost faster)
