Cutting Agent for Windscreen Adhesives

• Tenside Agent for quick and easy removal of windscreens
• Cutting tool wear is reduced due to less build-up of heat and friction
• Reduced strain on cutting tool, less effort required, reduced risk of
injury
• Corrosion-resistant
Application:
• Soak ASK adhesive material to be cut. Cut or removed with ASK
Cutting Agent. If possible apply both to internal and external PU
material. Start cutting process and if required apply more Cutting
Agent during removal.
• After removal of the old windscreen thorougly remove the remaining
ASK Cutting Agent from the surface with ASK-Windscreen Bond
Cleaner R540 Art. No. 6110 1000
• Reactivate the crawler with ASK-Activator K112 Art. No. 6600 6110

ASK-Special Cleaner R541

• For cleaning and degreasing of all glass, paint, plastic and metal
surfaces before bonding and sealing works
• Mandatory before the direct glazing of front, rear and side windows
with the primer-less and activator-less 2-step-windshield adhesive
system ASK-Clean & Stick K106 in OEM quality
• The ASK-Special Cleaner R541 and the windshield adhesive ASK-
Clean & Stick K106 form together the 2-step-windshield adhesive
system
• Ensures a strong adhesive effect and an optimum bonding
• Removes production-related silicone and separating agent residues
on the vehicle windows which are often invisible and might cause
detachments
• Removes without problems excess amounts of ASK in fresh condi-
tion
• Base: Heptane
Application:
• Apply ASK-Special Cleaner R541 onto lint-free paper or fleece cloth
and clean the surfaces resp. the ceramic screen printing of the
windshield or the parts to be glued. Then wipe dry and let evaporate
before further processing.
• Check material compatibility by preliminary tests
