HOME SHOPPING
● The average buyer looks at 5 homes before the right one.
● The most important key to finding the right home quickly is your feedback.
EARNEST MONEY
● This is a check you write with the offer. It will be cashed when your offer is
accepted.
● Earnest money amount will be about 1% of the total offer price.
INSPECTION
● The inspection is a major item.
● We have a list of inspectors that we recommend. Home inspectors should be
licensed with the state of Minnesota to perform home inspections.
● An inspection typically costs between $400 and $600 and is paid at the time
of the inspection.
