Punctuation marks other than the comma are the
focus of this chapter . Some of these punctuation
marks, such as the period and the question
mark, are quite familiar to you. Others, such as
the dash and the colon, are more exotic and less
often used. This chapter reinforces the familiar
and introduces the less familiar marks of
punctuation.
