Neighboring one of the biggest nationals in all of
the world, Lane Willis is used to racing the largest nationals in close proximity to his home. However, in order to compete within this day and age, one must willing to travel far and wide in order to truly chase the fastest competition. And that’s exactly what Lane Willis and crew decided to do, when heading west
to Ponca City. He came ultra-aggressive in the first moto, where a fourth place start had him having to fight around some heavy-hitters in the early going. With Colt Martin and Tatum Michaeles in contention for the moto victory, it was Travis Schneider who actually took the lead. Willis would be ready to do whatever it took in order to claim victory; he would run the gap down to a mere one second lead by
the time final flag flew. He wanted more, and was
