JOSH OSBY
theGRIT
In 2015, Josh Osby was a common name in amateur motocross. Josh is a breath
of fresh talent on a new team but unfortunately has been struck with injury. Josh suffered a crash late January that jeopardized his Supercross debut in the 250 East
Coast region. Osby broke ribs and punctured a lung in a nasty practice crash. “I am currently not sure when my return to being 100% will be, I need surgery but it is also something I can wait to do if I can deal with the pain. We anticipate my return to racing will be toward the end of East Coast Supercross.” Said Josh when we asked him about his return earlier this week. He is part of a new team, Motorcycle Superstore Suzuki, and everything seems to be in place for him to have a successful debut when he returns to racing. “Man I am so pumped on the new team! It is so common to hear about teams pushing riders into racing when they are injured or not ready. That has been the complete opposite with this team. They are more pushing me to take the time off and that I need to heal and be back to 100%. I am really thankful to have the group of people like them to work with as I enter into my pro- fessional career!” Look for a strong return from the rookie, he will be eager to get out there and put in some solid results for himself and for his team... Motorcycle Superstore and Albertson Enterprises... We dug in the archives and fond this dandy of a shot of Josh... (Circa 2010 MiniO’s)
