After a few years off of racing the professional supercross circuit Jeff Alessi was able to make his third main event of the season. Af- ter failing to qualify from the heat and semi races, J.Alessi was on his way to the LCQ. With a start just out side of a qualifying posi- tion the #801 rider had to make something happen. Getting around Kyle White put Jeff in the final transfer position and was able to get around second and third place riders Cade Clason and Tony Archer as they got tangled together in a corner in the final stages of the race. Jeff came around 21st in the opening lap of the main event and that is where he finished when the checkers flew.
