Bringing the winds of Kansas along with him, Amerine was riding quite the storm of momentum when rolling into the valley of Tennes- see. Putting in the work, day in, and day out, prior to this event, the Jayhawk knew that he truly deserved to be in the front of this field. If only he could replicate what he’d practiced, then he knew, by week’s end, that his name could be at the top of the leaderboard. The first moto saw him battling the toughest of competition. The local boy of Nate Thrasher, along with Larry Reyes Jr. had other things in mind, getting in the way of Kaeden for quite some time. Amerine worked his way around Reyes, and just behind that of Thrasher. But the #42 was stingy in his quest for victory, holding off, and pulling from Kaeden by moto’s end; he would be back for revenge. The second round, saw Joshua Varize out front, with Amerine and Maximus Vohland in tow. The three swapped for quite some time, Amerine looking to move
