Keeping the 125 at the perfect RPM at all times, Biese would liter- ally be just upon Palmer at the finish line; yet just short, adding a silver medal to his arsenal. The scores were all discombobulated going into the final round, all Carter could do was control his own effort. A fourth place start would be sufficient for quite sometime, even inching to third at one point. However, Ethan Mann was moving into the lead, Gonzales now heading into second, and Austin Black, Josh Boaz, and Kaeden Kniffing were pushing forward. Biese was being pushed to the wayside, although a little tentative with title implications on the line, he would stay in sixth. Trying to tally up scores in his head on the last lap, he was being ultra conservative. But it would be enough, as he crossed the finish line, his team awaited, grasping him in their applause and praise. The title was his, and there was no one that could take it from him.
