ANDREW SHORT
Andrew Short was finally able to return to action last weekend in San Diego for
his farewell season. The wily veteran has had an unfortunate slew of injuries in
the past couple of years that has really slowed him down. It has been odd to see Short
deal with so many injuries because throughout the majority of his career he was always known to be the most consistent rider on the track. He was always competing week in and week out and was just always right there in contention no matter what. We hope to see Short return to his old form for his final year and get back to being a contender inside that top 10. Being in his current home state, Arlington might provide Short with that jolt of resurgence that he needs to get his farewell season on track.
