Jake did not start his day off like he wanted to. The new RCH Suzuki rider was only able to rank 19th during the day in Qualifying. In 450 Heat 2, Weimer was able to climb to 10th
after a bad start to his night. The Semi was a bit better for him, as he was able to pull off a 3rd and head to the Main. In the race that counts, the #12 came out with a poor jump off the line, but he was able to climb back up and salvage a top ten finish on the night.
