On tack issues kept Nicoletti from anything close to a decent finish in moto 1. Moto 2 would be a lot more promising. Starting just behind his teammate Barcia, Phil was in sixth early on in the moto. The ruthless sand along with a slew of fast riders would overtake him by the end of the moto, putting him in tenth. That would mean a 3910
for 14th overall, which certainly says a lot about the inconsistent results that Southwick provides. Filthy Phil stives on to race another day.
