These riders living the “Facility life” hated riding the same track everyday. So when I bought MotoX I wanted it BIG, nearly 200 acres with several tracks, my riders would always get to ride a different track. The riders hated how fast riders got special treatment, so I make it a point to treat every rider the same and never give any rider special treatment regardless of how fast they are. I mean I could go on and on, but you guys get the idea. I wanted to build the perfect training facility and I did.
To buy that kind of acreage in this area was a big investment. While
I learned about running a business, I also waited for the depression to bottom out so I could afford this venture. A lot of people don’t realize this but all these other facilities have investors that own the land and the business. Except MotoX Compound! I own the land, the

equipment, the gym, the hookups, everything! And Motocross racing paid for it. I feel great pride knowing that! I also bust my ass harder than anyone for your rider because of it.
DESCRIBE THE MENTAL ASPECT OF BEING A TRAINER, AND HOW IT AFFECTS A RIDER.
Unless you were a rider, it’s impossible to know what these riders are going through mentally. You have to have been in the trenches with them to understand where there mind is, at any giving time. There’s nothing my riders can go through that I haven’t experienced. So when it happens to them or their family I think back to when I was in their situation and ask myself what could someone have said to help get me through it.
