                           should be responsible for safe disposal and

                           recycling.

                    on snow or Himalayan glacier surfaces contributing

                    to accelerate their melting rate, while in
                    atmosphere BC is contributing to global warming.

                    The BC is the main culprits to global warming after
                    GHG’s. The main sources of BC emissions in

                    mountain region are: the agriculture waste burning,
