Milwaukee Bucks guard Patrick Beverley caught heat online from countless mem- bers of the media for his treatment of a veteran ESPN reporter.
After the Bucks were eliminated from the NBA playoffs with their 120-98 loss to the Indiana Pacers,
Beverley addressed the media in the lock- er room. Before questioning even began, Beverley turned to ESPN reporter and pro- ducer Malinda Adams and asked if she was sub- scribed to his podcast. When she admitted that she wasn’t, Beverley claimed she wasn’t allowed to inter-
view him.
As someone else asked him a question, Beverley turned to Adams again and pushed her micro- phone away.
Not long after the clip was posted, reporters from all across the indus- try called him out for the “disgust- ing” act.
