Terms and conditions

When you sign this agreement, you are applying for membership to Limitless Academy of

Performing Arts for one year from 8 January 2017 to January 8 2018 (Spring, Summer
and Autumn Terms respectively).

Acceptance is at Limitless Academy of Performing Arts discretion although exercised
reasonably and in accordance with law. If you are accepted by us, you will become a
member of Limitless Academy of Performing Arts for the period set out above.

This agreement sets out the terms that will govern the relationship between us. It is a legally
binding agreement. These rules are important to maintain our standards and to ensure that
all our students gain the maximum benefit from their inclusion into our academy.

Membership to Limitless Academy of Performing Arts entitles you to send one child to
Limitless Academy of Performing Arts at the level set out above. The child you have
nominated is specified Below.

Membership into Limitless Academy of Performing Arts for one year entitles you to be

offered the Limitless PayPlan™ option. Financial benefits include an annual 7.5% discount
with the requirement to pay a deposit payment followed by eleven equal monthly Direct
Debit instalments. Extras can and must be paid for in full during the year [e.g. Private
tuition, Summer concert, Extra classes etc.] if not already included in your annual package.
