Students are required to give notice in writing via email to
admin@limitlessacademyarts.com
on, or before, the first day of term if wishing to leave a class or classes at the end of that
term.
If a Student leaves without written notice fees will be charged for the entirety of the next
term.
This is to ensure that if places become available they can be allotted to new students.
Leaving without notice means that Limitless Academy of Performing Arts are unaware of spaces
in lessons and therefore revenue is lost. Legal action may be taken to recover fees due in
lieu of notice.
Class timetables and teachers are subject to change from time to time without notice. In
order to avoid disturbing classes, you and your nominated child are asked to arrive in good
time, entrance to classes may be barred to anyone arriving more than ten (10) minutes late,
without prior agreement.
A teacher may at any time ask your child to leave a class if they are jeopardising the safety or
enjoyment or the educational experience of others. Your nominated child and any guests are
required to observe the academy rules in full, provided below.
Appropriate action will be taken in the case of:
Failure to observe a reasonable order or instruction
Failure to observe a health and safety requirement
Inadequate time keeping
Theft or removal of property
Loss, damage to or misuse of property or facility through negligence or carelessness
Conduct detrimental to the interest of Limitless Academy of Performing Arts
Being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs
Physical assault or gross insubordination to our Staff, Directors, Parents or students
We may terminate your membership and discontinue the nominated child's entitlement to
attend the academy in the event of serious or repeated breach of these membership rules.
