personal data included in this form will be processed (as such terms defined by The Data
Protection Act 1998) by Limitless Academy of Performing Arts for the purpose of
administration, research and for the administration of Limitless Academy of Performing Arts
statutory obligations under legislation relating to children. Limitless Academy of Performing
Arts will not disclose this information to third parties for marketing purposes, Limitless

Academy of Performing Arts itself may use this information to provide marketing
information. By signing this form, you are deemed to consent to the use of such personal
data for the above, both whilst a student of Limitless Academy of Performing Arts and in the
future.
