 PENCIL WITH TEXT ANIMATION 

Steps:-

(i) Create A Design Of Pencil And Group It (Ctrl+G)
(ii) Take A New Layer And Type Text Anything.
(iii) Ctrl+B For Break.
(iv) Put In Pencil On Text Can First Latter.
(v) Press (Ctrl+X) For Cut The Text.
(vi) Press F6 On Both Layers.

(vii) Again Press F6 On Both Layer And Put The Pencil Second
Starting Latter And Erase All Other Text Area.
(viii) Same Process In All Latter.
(ix) Ctrl +Enter To Show Preview.
(x) Pencil Layer Should Be Upper And Text Layer Should Be Lower.

 EYES BLINK ANIMATION 

Steps:-

(i) Draw A Line With The Help Of Line Tool.
(ii) Ctrl+B For Break A Line.
(iii) Give A Curve Shape
(iv) Copy Your Lines & Transform Vertically With The
Free Transform Tool
(v) Draw Eyelashes With The Help Of Pencil Tool
(vi) Pencil Mode Should Be Smooth

(vii) Preen F6 And Erase All The Lashes
(viii) Draw A Line In Center
(ix) Break The Line And Give A Curve Shapes Semi-Circle Below The Line.
(x) Draw Eyelashes On Center Line.
(xi) Press F6 And Erase All The Lashes And Center Line
(xii) Draw Circle On Enter And Eyelashes On Top
(xiii) Give Frame Set-5
(xiv) Press Ctrl+ Enter For Preview.
