 RUNNING CAR EFFECT 

Steps:-

(i) On The First Layer Draw The Background.
(ii) Take A New Layer And Name It Car
(iii) Take A Picture Of Car Or Draw It.
(iv) Keep The Car At The Starting Of The Road.

(v) Take A Frame 15 And Press F6 And Select And Create Motion Tween And Set The
Car At The End Of The Road.
(vi) Take The Picture Or Draw It And Keep The Car And Of The Road.

(vii) Now On 15 Frame Press F6 And Select And Create Motion Tween.
(viii) Keep The Car Starting Of The Road Layer On The 15 Frame.

 TYRE MOVEMENT 

Steps:-

(i) Draw A Shape Of Tire.
(ii) Select Your Drawing And Convert In To Symbol By F8
(iii) Double Click On Symbol.

(iv) In Symbol Press F6 On The Frame No-15 And Select And Create Motion Tween
(v) On The Last Frame In Properties Select :-Tween=”Motion” , Rotate=”Ccw” ,Time=”5”
(vi) Press Enter For The Preview.

(vii) Go To Seen
(viii) Draw Your Car And Background

(ix) On The 1 Frame Keep The Car On The Road.
(x) Give F5 On Frame No 15 On Background Layer.
