Page 11 - GM-Don't Bee Angry
P. 11

Let me give you an example. I noticed that one of the Anger Bees who was flying around the hive, was cross-eyed. Now I don’t know if he was really crossed-eyed or if he was just doing it to be funny.
Anyway, I heard one, then another and then another of the Anger Bees say, “Don’t look crossed-eyed at me.” I could not figure out why they were getting so upset. The crossed-eyed bee probably couldn’t help looking cross-eyed. And even if he was doing it on purpose, why did the others care?
Then others started saying, “If I were you, I would not let him look cross-eyed at me. You are not a real bee, you are a gnat if you let him look at you like that.” Now I don’t like gnats myself, as those little biting, flying bugs are annoying. But
in the bee world, the worst thing you can be compared to, is a gnat.
Thus, some were getting angry and others were encouraging them to become even angrier. And just like with humans, the anger got so bad that it took over. Without thinking, a bunch of the Anger Bees started chasing the cross-eyed one.
They were so angry that they flew without watching where they were going. Just like in your world, this caused problems. I don’t know what happened to the crossed-eyed bee but a bunch of the others ended up in a spider’s web and that is bad news.
