Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice Presi- dent; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Tom Hirschey, Security; Ray Domingue, Board Member, Sandra Lambert, Board Member; Sandy Smith, Board Member; Mike Giroir, Board Member; and J C Collins, Board Member.
Absent: Ken Buturla, Kevin McNicoll. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. New Board Member Jav- elin “JC” Collins was introduced and welcomed.
Secretary’s Report – Motion made and passed to accept the minutes of the last monthly business meeting as printed in the last issue of Newswatch. Minutes of the Annual Meeting were distributed to the board members for review. Sandy moved to accept the minutes of the annual meeting, and JC seconded. Motion passed.
