Some mes even I have to learn a hard lesson. The me I was a “Timmy Timeout” I learned a lot about my own S nky Thinking.
Because I was disappointed that I did not get the “shiny thing”, I became angry and blamed someone else for my upset feelings. I even came up with a “smart solu on” for the problem... that was really not so “smart”.
When I really thought about the situa on, I realized that I was making myself angry and embarrassed.
No one “stole” the thing I wanted for my nest, I just did not get it soon enough.
And do you know what... that was one of the most important lessons I ever learned.
Don’t blame others for your bad feelings because most of the me, you are responsible for your upset feelings and you are just blaming others instead of taking responsibility for them.
Carl Crow did not fly down and get the “shiny thing” just to upset me. He flew down to get it because it looked interesting to him.
