Connie went to the cherry tree and waited. Many crows had already gone home, after eating lots of cherries.
The crows in the tree yelled at Connie, “There won’t be any cherries left when we finish.” But Connie just ignored them. Connie then whispered to me, “I will just wait and hope some cherrys are left.”
Connie waited and waited until finally, the last of the older crows had eaten all they could and left.
To my surprise, there were still a lot of cherries in the tree. Connie invited me to join her in the tree. Then she said, “It is too bad that Carl made himself so angry and Cal made himself so sad that they left without getting any cherries but that’s what happens when you have Stinky Thinking.”
