He is a great visionary and strategist. There are so many oppor-
tunities, he ended up becoming a master and mentor, reaching
for many businessmen and acquaintances for advice and guidan-
ce, which are providential hints, because he can focus in specific
points with objectivity and assertiveness.
After a five-minute talk to someone, he already has the X-ray
of the soul, as he calls it, and with his perception, experience, and
wisdom he can determine whether that person will succeed or not.
I usually say that Paulo has a magnet that attracts the most va-
ried businesses and people of great value and talent. Paulo knows
and can connect with any area of the business, dominates, and
plays well in any position and segment. He is a natural!
He can learn anything really fast; to give you an idea, he became
an expert in stock market investment in thirty days! After three
months of investments, a renowned specialist started taking hints
about his strategy – I was amazed! In twelve months, he was able
to double his equities.
Ever since I met Paulo, he was eager for knowledge. He spent
hundreds of nights bent over books or designing projects and/or
drafting ideas on paper. He always enjoyed thinking and drawing,
as expected from a good engineer by formation. I lost count of
how many times I got up in the middle of the night, around 3
am, and went to his office to tell him to go to sleep. He would
come, but at 6 am he would already get up. Sometimes I looked
at his drafts, list of ideas and projects and it was fascinating to see
the Big Dream. He always thought and visualized everything in a
grand way, aiming at the space to reach, at least, the stars. By the
way, when he started the companies of the Group, he never forgot

the principle number 1, to Dream Big, from Ten Principles of Ma-
nagement and Lifestyle, something that courses through his veins
and that he lives for.
Ideal mentor
Paulo has an ability to activate the green button (awaken his
full potential, unleash his talent) in an incredible way. Everyone
wants to talk to him, even if it is for just fifteen minutes, and the
result is always impacting and lasting. The person, in addition to
leaving with renewed energies, leaves with a clear vision of what
needs to be done to find their best version ever. But, of course, you
will only be able to walk together and in the same “vibe” if you are
willing to want to evolve every day and live by the 10 principles
he preaches. And be prepared for strict and assertive feedbacks,
because he goes to the point and touches your core, he shakes you
off and makes you see the world of possibilities to make you live
your best self. On this journey, some are unable to be resilient and
to follow, but those who have resilience and want to grow, move
on and get transformed, as we have seen hundreds of cases and
testimonies within the Group itself.
We always want to take notes on what he says, because they are
not catch phrases, they are meaningful, impacting phrases that
make you reflect and connect us to our better version of ourselves.
Paulo also has fantastic teaching and communication skills. In
his lectures or speeches, he always uses analogies, because he is ins-
pired by the greatest Leader of All Times, Jesus, who always taught
with authority, knowledge and through parables. We always leave
wanting for more. It is impossible to leave his lecture and not fe-
eling energized and willing to transform our lives. He is a natural
teacher, coach, and mentor. He can help people to reframe their
