Cooperative Education - What is it?
● Offered during the day program and for some of our Op-Ed students
● Focus on soft skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem
solving
● Discuss how to market yourself to potential employers
● Develop partnerships with businesses in the community who will act as
an onsite workplace for our students and evaluate their performance as
an employee
● Classwork is worth 1.0 credit (all other classes we offer are worth 0.5
credits)
● Students can earn an additional 0.5 credit if they are currently employed
