 Roasted Brussels Sprouts
INGREDIENTS
450 grams Brussels sprouts 1 tablespoon olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
SERVES: 4
TOTAL TIME: 50 Minutes
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the sprouts well, then trim and score the base. Place in a roasting pan, add the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat evenly and roast for 40 minutes until soft and starting to brown slightly.
Serve immediately.
