MOORE REVENUE
(INCREASING REVENUE)
Increasing revenue will be key to achieving Growth and there are
many exciting initiatives on the horizon, not least the new web site
and CRM system.
Together these new systems will allows us to better target our
prospects and existing clients as well as producing more enquiries.
Our new website is in the final stages of being put together before
being launched for internal testing next month, July.
I would also like to welcome Rupinder Sohal who will be joining
the Business Development and Marketing team as our Marketing
Manager in early July. Rupinder will be strategically based in
our Richmond office to better service both there and our City
of London offices whilst still being part of the firm wide BD &
Marketing team.
In parallel Chris Ake is launching a Pricing Project with the help of
the leading expert in this area for law firms, Richard Bercher.
