Kathy Steinocher – 4901 Fairway Place Ct. – Kathy has three children and two grandchildren. She heard about DCBE from friends. Kathy is currently
employed with Children’s Village. Her hobbies are reading, walking, swimming, golf and Bunco.
Chet & Laura Phillips – 4320 Fairway Drive – Chet and Laura have two children. Laura is a Realtor with Elevate Realty Group so already knew about
DCBE. Chet is employed with General Motors.
Sean & Rochelle Daly – 4109 Cimmaron Trail – Sean and Rochelle have one child. They heard about DCBE from some friends who are also members.
Both Sean and Rochelle are employed. Sean with New Benefits and Rochelle with Sales. Sean enjoys coaching, golf, reading and family. Rochelle
enjoys working out, golf, volleyball and family.
Ed & Shelley Bailey – 5004 Comanche Vista Court – Ed and Shelley have five children and seven grandchildren. They heard about DCBE from their
Realtor. Ed is employed with Texas MasterCraft and Shelley is employed with Ard Apparel and Promotions. Eds hobbies include golf, muscle cars,
fishing and boating. Shelleys hobbies are crafting, volunteering and boating.
Chad & Christal White – 5201 Comanche Vista Trail – Chad and Christal have two children. They found DCBE during their search for properties in
the Granbury area. Chad is employed with Panther City Classic Auto and Christal has retired from teaching elementary school students. Hobbies include
puzzles, coloring, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Dan & Lisa Kreider – 3707 Fairway Drive – Dan and Lisa have two children. They heard about DCBE from Zillow. Chad is employed with Regency
RV and Lisa is a homemaker. They enjoy boating.
Brandon Krause & Lacey Lovern – 3925 Cimmaron Trail – Brandon and Lacey have one child. They heard about DCBE from the real estate agent.
Brandon is a firefighter for Parker County and Lacey works for the State of Texas with the Department of Family and Protective Services. Brandon
enjoys running, weightlifting and golf. Lacey enjoys reading, running, basketball and volleyball.
Forrest & Jesse Browning – 6313 Blackfoot Trail – Forrest and Jesse heard about DCBE from family. Both Forrest and Jesse work for Lake Granbury
Medical Center. They both enjoy golf, hunting and fishing.
Chris & Shannon Stoker – 4310 Fairway Drive – Chris and Shannon have one child. They heard about DCBE from a friend. Chris works for Autobahn
BMW. Chis enjoys wood working and Shannon enjoys biking, tennis, travel and gardening.
Scott & Diana Sabey – 5000 Tahoka Drive – Scott and Diana have four children and seven grandchildren. They heard about DCBE on the internet.
Both are employed with Sabey Trucking, Inc.
Randy Temple – 4125 Cimmaron Trail – Randy has one child. Randy was a previous owner and lived here for sixteen years. He is retired from FEMA.
His hobbies are golf and pickleball.
Ben Spinks – 5003 Comanche Vista Ct. – Ben heard about DCBE from his Dad. Ben is employed with Highline Water Services. His hobby is skiing.
Christopher & Erin Pike – 5408 Corto Drive – Christopher and Erin have three children. They heard about DCBE from friends and family. Christopher
is employed with UPS and Erin is employed at Granbury Middle School. Christopher enjoys watching and playing sports, relaxing with family and friends
and watching his children grow up. Erin enjoys golf, cooking and spending time with family.
Morgan & Kodey Taylor – 5102 Bueno Drive – Morgan and Kodey heard about DCBE from family. Morgan is employed with Granbury ISD and Kodey
works at Taylor Roofing Solutions. Morgan enjoys running, swimming, reading, painting and biking. Kodey enjoys golf, fishing and travel.
Lola & Thomas McKee – 4602 Cimamron Trail – Lola and Thomas have two children and two grandchildren. They lived here previously and are now
back. Lola is employed with Monticello Health Services and Thomas is employed with Lake Granbury Medical Center. Lola’s hobbies are being the
chauffeur to her two boys going to all of their school and recreational events. Thomas enjoys hunting and camping.
Randy & Elizabeth Aiken – 4904 Fairway Place Court – Randy and Elizabeth have two children. They heard about DCBE from their Realtor. Randy
is employed with Ecolab and Elizabeth is retired. Randy enjoys golf and fishing and Elizabeth enjoys league tennis.
Andy Slowe – 3917 Crescent Drive – Andy heard about DCBE from his realtor. Andy is employed by Allie Beth Allman.
Matthew & Lori Smith – 3920 Fairway Drive – Matthew and Lori have two children. They heard about DCBE from Matthew’s father and mother, Alex
and Juliette Cross. Matthew is self employed and Lori is employed by H.U.D. Mathew’s hobbies are golf, golf and more golf. Lori’s hobbies are cooking,
golf, swimming and the lake.
Jackie Chase – 5500 Cortez Drive – Jackie has four children. She heard about DCBE from her son and daughter-in-law. Jackie is a retired housewife.
She enjoys music, crafts, movies and traveling.
