Based on your position type and total continuous years of
service, you will be eligible for an annualized allotment of PTO.
During each pay period throughout the calendar year, you

        HOURLY PRODUCTION

          YEARS OF ACCRUAL RATE ANNUAL
           SERVICE PER HOUR ACCRUAL

At the end of each calendar year salaried employees are allowed to
carry over up to 40 hours and hourly employees can carry over up to
20 hours into the following calendar year, unless otherwise required
        by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, unused, accrued PTO is not paid
out at termination. If an employee has a negative PTO balance at the
time of termination, Tegra reserves the right to seek reimbursement
for that time. Employees may not use PTO in lieu of a notice of
resignation. If an employee terminates and is rehired within six
months, the employee is credited with his/her prior continuous
service for purposes of PTO accrual.

Generally, unapproved absences in excess of the PTO allotment will
be unpaid, considered excessive and may result in disciplinary action
unless they are part of an approved reasonable accommodation. In
addition, as a general rule, PTO should be exhausted before unpaid
        leave is granted.
