ONBOARDING PROGRAM




        During your first few days of employment, you will attend
        a New Hire Orientation session that is designed to:

        1. Welcome you to the company.
        2. Help you build an understanding of Tegra’s culture.
        3. Help you become familiar with company policies and
            procedures.

        You are encouraged to ask questions of your manager,
        work team, or local Human Resources Representative
        to gain a thorough understanding of your employment
        relationship with Tegra.

        We also recommend that you become familiar with
        Tegra’s public website to learn more about the solutions
        we offer to our customers.
