Introduction



                 The event that I am doing this assignment is “Taste of Amsterdam”



              The two images presented below are posters, previously used by “Taste of Amsterdam”. As it can be


              observed – it is simple, not over encumbered with detail and relies on color and text, rather than

              flashy visuals.































                 The idea of this annual Dutch event is to bring people that can taste, be informed and buy different


                 products to take home. It also provides lessons for people, that wish to learn the art of cooking.

                  “Taste of Amsterdam” is an event that has taken different measures to ensure a more sustainable


                 city, by promoting cycling, using green network connections, etc.

                 In All Areas 1, me and the team I was part of, analyzed the brand values, the brand position and

                 the preferred target audience, which is elders.


                 In All Areas 2 I researched what the event can do to add another brand value - fighting food waste

                 and  doing  more  for  the  air  pollution  problem  the  world  faces.    In  conclusion  I  suggested  a


                 collaboration with DGTL

                 The potential risks – DGTL is a youth-targeted event and a value of theirs is reducing the cooking


                 of meat, which reduces CO2 levels.
