Lawyer by trade and entrepreneur by choice (I hated lawyering). I've grown four businesses and sold each to my employees. I am in the process of selling my last--a global professional speaking and training company--again to my employees. Not sure exactly what I will do but it will be helping woman business owners grow their business.
I was married 38 years with one son and a daughter-in-law. I am lucky she fits into our unique family (no grandchildren yet). I lost my husband suddenly a year ago. So now I am finding my new normal. I've spent my life traveling for business and fun. Now I am ramping-up for more fun travel. I just spent a month in Asia with six 32 years olds. They do not travel luxuriously. I'm proud to say I can keep-up.
I still love cities and spend a lot of my time in Philadelphia. Love row
house living, not having a car, and being able to walk to restaurants, I cultural events, etc. Philadelphia is a lot like Boston but warmer and
less expensive. I t is a good choice for an adopted city. I live most of the time in Lighthouse Point, FL (about 8 miles north of Fort Lauderdale) because you can't beat the weather!
