marketing costs and fees

Marketing costs are vendor paid. For your property,
we would suggest a Vendor Paid Advertising
contribution of $2,000.

This marketing fee is paid up front, at listing, but is
allocated throughout the campaign. It is not spent
all at once, with any un-used marketing funds to be
refunded to the vendor at settlement

My success fee is 1.85% including GST but if I am
given the opportunity to act on your behalf and am
allowed to get my qualified buyers through this
weekend and we sell, I will discount my fee to 1.85%
including GST.
