Our role is to identify who our target market is and the
triggers which will get them to buy and pay above logic.
The only thing I would recommend is that we work together in getting is
spotless just for photos. You can go back to living and managing the family
once we get those photos. I appreciate its very difficult to keep the
property always spotless so as long as we work together for the one
opportunity for photos then you will be fine
