marketing costs and fees

Marketing costs are vendor paid. For your property,
we would suggest a Vendor Paid Advertising
contribution of $2000.

This marketing fee is paid up front, at listing, but is
allocated throughout the campaign. It is not spent
all at once, with any un-used marketing funds to be
refunded to the vendor at settlement

My success fee is 2% including GST
