Our role is to identify who our target market is and the
triggers which will get them to buy and pay above logic.

I really want you to give me the green light to present the home much
more. When I inspected it was pretty bad to be honest and with a bit of
attention in the rear yard (which is one of the best features and styling
inside, we can get a great result. We have to focus on the strengths which
is the block size which is far bigger than most of the other homes so let’s
invest in either laying lawn or having a big clean up. I promise it will make a
difference in the end result.
