CASE STUDY NO. 7 DPR CONSTRUCTION OFFICE BUILDING
With the master system in place, all of the individual control systems and building operations can be adjusted and monitored using a dedicated website that hosts the “command and control suite”. In addition, information is sent to the public display “dashboard” and the USGBC’s new LEED Dynamic Plaque. With this system, the information can also potentially be utilized by a cloud-based facilities management service, which uses data analytics to optimize and trouble- shoot the building operations and performance. Given the close tracking of the building perfor- mance that DPR is doing at this time, this service is not currently being used.
