15. Disaster Management:
Disaster Management boards in bi-lingual were updated and numbers are
regularly checked by SMs/SS/TIs and Officers during their inspections.
16. Gradation:
Gradation of all Safety Category Staff was evaluated as per the stipulated
guidelines of Railway Board. Continuous monitoring is being done by
Officers/Supervisors to upgrade the staff categorized as B, C & D.

17. Joint Mock exercise on train accidents with 10 BN NDRF:

Conducted full scale technical Joint Mock exercise on train accidents with 10 BN NDRF at
BMO station on 21.03.2022 in order to check the alertness and improve the efficiency of the
staff during the train accidents in rescue operations.
