IPIC will reimburse the committee Chair’s office disbursements and those of the committee
members on the following basis:

 Long distance telephone charges: for conference calls, please use Pragmatic
Conferencing Services (see next page).

 If the committee needs to make other expenses, please contact your staff liaison before
proceeding.
