INTRODUCTION



        YourEmployer, RenbrookSchool, Inc.  (theEmployer), hasestablishedthis403(b) retirementplan, Renbrook
        School403(b) RetirementPlan (thePlan) toassistyouandotherEmployeesinsavingforretirement. ThePlan
        isgovernedbythePlandocument, whichisacomplexlegalcontractthatcontainsalloftheprovisionsrequired
        bytheInternalRevenueService (IRS) thattheEmployermustfollowwhenadministeringthePlan. This
        documentfollowsspecificfederallawsandregulationsthatapplytoretirementplans. ThePlandocumentmay
        changewhennewlawsorregulationstakeeffect. TheEmployeralsohastherighttomodifycertainPlan
        featuresfromtimetotime. Whenthesechangesoccur, youwillbenotifiedaboutanychangesthataffectyour
        rightsunderthePlan.


        ThisdocumentisaSummaryPlanDescription (SPD). ItsummarizestheimportantfeaturesofthePlan
        document, includingyourbenefitsandobligationsunderthePlan. Ifyouwantmoredetailedinformationabout
        specificplanfeaturesorhavequestionsaboutanyoftheinformationintheSPD, youshouldcontactyour
        EmployerviathemethodsoutlinedinthisSPD. YoucanalsorequestacopyofthePlandocumentfromyour
        Employer.

        YouwillnoticethatcertaintermsintheSPDarecapitalized. Theseareimportanttermstounderstandandthey
        aredefinedinmoredetailintheDEFINITIONSsectionoftheSPD. Althoughthepurposeofthisdocumentis
        tosummarizethemoresignificantprovisionsofthePlan, thePlandocumentwillprevailintheeventofany
        inconsistency. Inaddition, thetermsofthePlancannotbemodifiedbywrittenororalstatementsmadetoyou
        bythePlanAdministratororotherpersonnel.

        ThePlanwasoriginallyeffective11/01/1964. ThisSPDdescribesthePlanasrestatedeffective01/01/2019.
        ThisSPDsupersedesallpreviousSPDs.


        ELIGIBILITYFORPARTICIPATION



        ThePlandocumenthasbeenamendedand/orrestatedintoanewPlandocument.  Ifyouwereeligibleto
        participateinthepriorPlan, youwillcontinuetobeeligibletoparticipateinthisPlanwithoutsatisfyingany
        additionalageorservicerequirements.


        AmIeligibletomakeElectiveDeferralsandRothElectiveDeferrals?
            Onceyoumeettheeligibilityrequirementsbelow, youwillbeeligibletomakeElectiveDeferralsunless
            youfallintooneofthefollowingcategories.
                   YouareastudentperformingservicesforRenbrookSchool, Inc.  andwhereyouarepursuinga
                   courseofstudywithRenbrookSchool, Inc. .
                   Youareexpectedtoworkfewerthan660hoursforthefirst12monthsofemployment. Ifyouwork
                   660hoursofserviceina12monthperiodyouwillbeeligibleforthePlanthefollowingyear. Once
                   youhaveworked660hoursina12monthperiodyouwillremaineligibleforthePlanevenifyou
                   failtowork660hoursinasubsequent12monthperiod.

        WhateligibilityrequirementsdoIhavetomeettomakeElectiveDeferrals?
            YouwillbeeligibletomakeElectiveDeferralsimmediatelyuponyourhiredate.

        AmIeligibletoreceiveMatchingContributions?
            Onceyoumeettheeligibilityrequirementsbelow, youwillbeeligibletoreceiveMatchingContributions.
