A lot of festivities in the United States have influenced people for many years.

Halloween and Thanksgiving are important festivities that people celebrated. However,

Halloween and Thanksgiving have several differences.
The first difference between Halloween and Thanksgiving is the food. First, you can

find many products made of pumpkins. For example, people usually buy candies made of
pumpkins or pumpkins pies, and waffles. However, in Thanksgiving the food is different.

People prepare the food, and they always cook turkey for the dinner. They only eat turkey in
that day. Also, people cook corns and rice. For dessert, people prepare apple, potato pies.

Another difference between Halloween and Thanksgiving is that people do many

activities. For example, people in Halloween wear customs, funny or scary clothes.
Moreover, children go to many houses in order to ask for candies. Also, people decorate

their houses with skeletons and witches. On the other hand, people in Thanksgiving spend
that day with their relatives. Before the dinner, they play games and watch football game.

Furthermore, for people this day is important to thank everything they have.
As conclusion, both Halloween and Thanksgiving are considered important holidays in

United States. Both have many differences. These festivities have been part of traditions.

But, they have many differences such as the food and activities.
