Q&A Ms. Emelia Matrahah is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services of MIMOS Berhad. She has
28 years of working experience in large Public Listed Companies including Pricewaterhouse (M)
Sdn Bhd, lutz Hardwoods Sdn Bhd (a German Based residence company), Sapura
Telecommunica on Berhad, I-CIMB Sdn Bhd and MIMOS Berhad, and has 17 years in senior
management posi ons since 2004. Besides that, she is also a member of the Ins tute of
Corporate Directors Malaysia and the Malaysia Ins tute of Accountants.

BIODATA:
Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin Syed Mohamed Taher is Group Managing Director of Dagang
NeXchange Berhad and its group of companies. He began his career as a Project Manager with
Petronas Gas Sdn Bhd in 1987, before joining Petroliam Nasional Berhad in 1992 as the Senior
Execu ve of the company's Corporate Planning & Interna onal Business Development unit.
Therea er, Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin held various key posi ons in established corpora ons
including HICOM Holdings Berhad, PERODUA, Universi Teknologi MARA, Proton Holdings
Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Islamic Berhad and Petronas Dagangan Bhd. Currently,
Tan Sri Syed Zainal Abidin is also the Director of OGPC Sdn Bhd., Chairman of the Pan Asian
e-Commerce alliance in Asia.
