Dashain

Dashain, also known as Bijaya Dashami, is the grandest, longest and most
auspicious festival in Nepal, Dashain is celebrated by the whole country for
the goddess Durga’s victory over the demon Mahishasura. In addition to
worship the Goddess Durga, Nepalese will hold celebrations for the fertility
of the land and a year of good harvest. LDP Dashain 2018-Celebrate Dashain
Share Happiness emphasized on gathering all employees to celebrate the
festival together. 2 Days LDP event included 3D art exhibition, Dashain tika
program, Department Decoration Competition and other fun activities.
Participants from all four companies were divided into group and they built
a Dashain Themed 3D Design which was later evaluated by the individuals
and the panel members. This event provided the employees with a break
from monotony and the stresses of everyday routine and helped keeping
the employees fresh and focused on their work.
