Hello, in this chapter we will be focusing on Continuous

               Tenses. What are Continuous Tenses?


               Continuous tenses are the tenses that is used to show an
               action that is, was or will be in progress at a certain time. The

               continuous tense is formed with the verb ‘be’ + -ing form of the

               verb.


               Continuous tense can be used in present, past and future
               form.





               Let’s look at some examples;

               swim                              Am swimming                      I am swimming at the
                                                                                  moment.







               walk                              Was walking                      I was walking at the
                                                                                  seashore when
                                                                                  Sarah called me.









               kayak                             Will be kayaking                 I will be kayaking at
